Bank the Blue has established relationships with world-renowned leadership trainers and is developing an extensive training program for law enforcement officers. The program seeks to provide officers with a variety of ways to approach difficult and/or stressful situations. In addition, the program will cultivate leadership and decision-making skills while also engaging with community members. Bank the Blue understands that community members are a key component to effective law enforcement strategies and that rebuilding relationships and establishing a platform where community members can voice their concerns will lead to safer communities.
